Whilst the English Toy Terrier is a vulnerable native breed, the ETT show scene is thriving in the UK.

As the official breed club, The English Toy Terrier (Black & Tan) Club plays a central role in the ETT show scene:
- Liaising with the Royal Kennel Club (RKC) on the official Breed Standard for ETTs in the UK.
- Running four Club Shows each year.
- Delivering specialist breed education seminars and assessments as part of the RKC’s broader judging programmes.
- Managing the official Judging Lists for ETTs.
- Encouraging and supporting exhibitors of English Toy Terriers.
- Celebrating the success of ETTs in the show ring.
- Promoting best practice in breeding healthy English Toy Terriers.
Whether you are an ETT owner thinking about showing your English Toy Terrier for the first time, an experienced judge looking to develop specialist knowledge of our breed, or a Show Secretary looking to appoint a judge from our judging lists, we hope that you find the information in this section useful.
