The English Toy Terrier (Black & Tan) Club is the official breed club for English Toy Terriers in the UK, being the only ETT Club recognised by the UK’s Royal Kennel Club (RKC).

The RKC’s recognition puts us in a unique position to fulfil our objectives to protect and advance the interests of English Toy Terriers in the UK and further afield by:
- Pro-actively engaging and working with the RKC on issues affecting English Toy Terriers.
- Representing the specific interests of ETTs, particularly on health and welfare.
- Acting as the guardian of the RKC’s official breed standard for English Toy Terriers.
- Leveraging the RKC’s significant resources in the interests of ETTs.
- Operating within a set of Club Rules approved by the RKC.
- Requiring all Club members to adhere to approved Code of Ethics.
- Appointing a Management Committee to ensure good governance with appropriate processes and procedures in place.
- Being accountable for our financial affairs to the membership, providing audited annual accounts that show all Club income and spend.
- Holding an AGM in which all Club members can participate to contribute to the running of the Club, and to hold the Committee accountable for their actions.
